Really Big Winner

WE SOLD AN OZ LOTTO $111,179.00 PRIZE
One customer called in to check her Oz Lotto ticket this week and made the comment that she probably had not won anything, as usual.
One VERY HAPPY customer found that she was the only player in NSW to have won second prize. Not a bad return for a $4.30 investment (4 lines)! This has produced a very large dividend for second prize and a lot of excitement in our store.
No-one won the first prize of $10,000,000.00 so it has jackpotted to $13,000,000.00 for the next Tuesday draw.
With a recent win of $10,000.00 on scratchies, we are all eagerly awaiting our third lucky event.
Watch for the enormous $22m Saturday Lotto coming up on September 16th. Another chance for a big win could be the Father’s Day scratchie promotion or even Powerball that has started to jackpot again.
Currently we are giving bonus tickets associated with the 75th anniversary of NSW Lotteries.*
*Check in store for details of these promotions.

Unusual Calendar Sequence

RARE UPSET IN THE CALENDAR…COMING SOON.
The last quarter of this year (October, November and December 2006) will have 14 Sundays in it.
This is quite unusual on the calendar because it makes the quarter have an extra week on our billing cycle. We missed noticing this event when we sent out the half year accounts at the end of June and calculated the usual 26 weeks. (It should have been 27 weeks.)
In 2007 the first quarter (January, February and March) will have only 12 Sundays, so after this unusual period, all will return the "normal’ 13 weeks.
For those who watch the stars and horoscope there may be some significance and for others it may change this dry weather pattern (or something).
It’s hard trying to explain why statements vary under these circumstances when some people don’t understand that some months have four Sundays and others have five!
