There is quite a story behind this promotion.
We thought that we had enough stock to supply all demand from our customers, but this became more popular than we expected. When we placed an order for extra stock, we had a call the next day cancelling our order.
As a result we advised customers to save the tokens and to search for the cricket balls elsewhere.
Since then we have managed to get onto a supply for our customers BUT they must have a token, pay for the ball and place an order with us. Backorders cannot be refunded or cancelled after they have been placed. Supply of these may take a few days to a week to arrive. Please note that we are offering this service exclusively at our Hillvue Road store.
